When not running Plaisir, Anthony and Clare are actors, having met while training at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. They graduated in 2003 and now work in theatre, radio and television.
Clare made her professional debut in the Royal Lyceum's hit production of The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie while still at college. Companies she's worked with include the Traverse, Vanishing Point, Dundee Rep, the Royal Exchange, the Tron, STV and BBC Radio 4. This autumn she'll appear in Single Father, a new drama for BBC One.
In addition to productions at the Citizens' and the Library Theatre, Anthony's television appearances include Coronation Street, Instinct, Sorted, Johnny and the Bomb, Happy Hollidays and both series of Garrow's Law, the popular legal drama which returns to the BBC later this year.
