Here at Plaisir we think cake is one of humanity's greatest achievements.

We're not kidding.  

Happily, Anthony's a darn good baker and has a drawer full of fiddly little piping nozzles to prove it. 

Every Saturday we give away free slices of home-made cake, so if you're in the neighbourhood please drop in for yours.

We don't stick to any particular school of thought as far as recipes go. Over the years Anthony's whipped up everything from a chocolate cloud cake to red velvet muffins, but his carrot cake with cream cheese icing is probably our biggest hit.
